This series contains a small amount of printed promotional material published by the Evangelical Lutheran Church (ELC) Board of Foreign Missions. The material dates from approximately 1955-1960. It includes pamphlets and booklets pertaining to the history of ELC mission work and also to specific ELC mission fields. There is one pamphlet published by the Lutheran Foreign Missions Conference of North America that outlines all mission endeavors of Lutheran churches in the United States. This pamphlet was used by Lutheran churches in the United States as part of their promotional efforts.
